About Me
I'm a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of experience serving adult individuals and couples with psychotherapy and medication management. I help my clients obtain more connection and peace in their life with core values of compassion and respect grounding my practice.
I received my BS in Nursing from Seattle Pacific University, my Master’s in Nursing from NMSU, and my MA from Naropa University. I first started as an inpatient psychiatric nurse at University of New Mexico and in the past decade as a psychiatric provider.
I serve adult individuals and couples and treat depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar spectrum disorders, Schizoaffective DO, Schizophrenia, and those struggling with addition and substance abuse issues.
I'm married with two adult launched children, 3 grandchildren, and a dog and three cats. I've lived in New Mexico since 2007. I enjoy weaving, spinning and knitting and all types of colorful creative endeavors.
